VANGUARD CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION, INC.

The Woodbury Branch houses our computer center where all electronic information and data processing is hosted. As the "default" handling branch for new programs, this location would store "paper files" and any other physical documentation. All adjusting, oversight and file maintenance will occur at this location as well as any other associated account activities. Although rarely warranted, other VANGUARD CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION, INC. offices can be designated as the Handling Branch.
